Markdown Signal is an automated pricing intelligence platform that monitors publicly available retail clearance, open-box listings, refurbished items, and warehouse liquidation inventory across third-party marketplaces. Markdown Signal is not an online store, seller, or retailer. We do not sell, store, pack, or ship any products listed on the platform.
3. Accuracy of Pricing & Deal Data
Pricing errors, liquidation drops, and warehouse discounts are inherently volatile and time-sensitive. While our algorithms update inventory in real time, prices, coupon availability, and stock levels change continuously on third-party retailer websites. Markdown Signal does not guarantee that any discovered price will remain available or honored by the underlying retailer. The third-party retailer determines final price and fulfillment.
4. User Accounts & Security
You may use Markdown Signal without an account. To access personalized features such as synchronized watchlists, custom keyword radars, or instant notifications, you may register using email credentials or third-party authentication (such as Google OAuth). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Links
Markdown Signal contains links to third-party merchant sites (including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and eBay). In compliance with FTC guidelines, please note that Markdown Signal participates in various affiliate advertising and referral programs.
